  • Tahini Sauce - This is the recipe for a small batch of tahini sauce. It is good on salad, tortillas, pitas, sandwiches and falafel. It makes an excellent spread. I found a version of it posted by Noor on Allrecipes.com, but the version I posted here is a reduced sodium, reduced fat version.
