My husband didn't care for the minty after taste so I'll use less mint next time. The original recipe used 4 cups of peas. It also recommended a tablespoon of yoghurt and sprinkle of pumpkin seeds before serving. I used sesame seeds instead, and no yoghurt. The recipe also stated chilling at least 1 hour, but we like it hot.
