Great appetizer.
I made these on the fly and they were great. They disappeared in no time. If you have trouble with the bacon getting done & crisp, I used the precooked bacon and they came out great! No bacon grease drippings to contend with and they were a snap to make. I used the recommended cooking time and temperature.
