  • Nessa's Strawberry Chocolate Cookies Delight - Dip the cookies in coconut rum. Place them in a 9x9 baking dish. In a sauce pan add the butter, 2 cans of sweet condensed milk, nesquik and coffee. Stir non-stop in low heat for several minutes until it's thick like a pudding. Spread this mixture on the cookies. Cut the strawberries in 4 pieces each. Spread the strawberries at last. Refrigerate for an hour.

Calories could be lowered even more by using only egg whites and only 1 of the two cheeses in recipe. You could also add mushrooms or other veggies, maybe even a bit of fat free ham/turkey meat. I usually eat two pieces (servings) and a nice big salad for dinner - less than 400 cals all together!
