Serving size is 1/4 recipe. I use this recipe to make two pizzas (it is a lot of calories once you put cheese and, in my case, pepperoni on top so I do save this for big exercise days). King Arthur flour recommended. Also recommended is a pizza stone and a peel, cornmeal, and rolling pin.
