It can be baked in the oven or on prepared on the grill. I could not figure out how to set the fat content lower. The marinade is not used to bake the meat. Keep in mind that the colesterol and fat content of this recipe is lower once the marinade is dicarded and the meat is cooked. I advice grilling for lower fat.
